Invasive Plants…
Over the last couple of years we have seen the repercussions of Covid result in a tremendous amount of relocation for many families around the county, specifically in the Northwest Corner of CT.
Many residents from NY and MA have decided to work remotely and permanently move to their “second home” in NW Connecticut. Some of these homes have many acres of privacy and are in need of underbrush clearing and invasive species mitigation.
Invasive species in Connecticut include poison ivy, Norway Maple, Tree of Heaven, Porcelainberry, and many others that choke out the native vegetation and can quickly overtake the wood line of a property.
One of our specialities is the removal and season remediation of these plants. The more consistent the removal, the more the native vegetation can grow and prevent invasive plants from returning.
